Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. 

Is there a cut-off time for rush shipping?

Yes, orders marked rushed will be shipped same day if received before 2pm PST Monday through Friday. If an express order is received after 2pm PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Where is my package?

Due to the pandemic, we have been experiencing delays in our shipments. A standard shipping that usually took only 4-7 days is now taking anywhere from 4-10 days.

What happens if my package is lost or I’ve never received it?

Do you charge for returns or exchanges?

If returns are initiated within 15 days of receipt, the $6.00 label fee for us to generate a return label is waived. All exchanges are free at anytime.



Do you price adjust?

Yes, we do accommodate price adjustments, as long as it’s within 14 days of the order date. The adjustment is given in form of a store credits. We DO NOT adjust prices on items purchased from other retailers.
