Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $95. 

Where is my package?

Due to the pandemic, we have been experiencing delays in our shipments. A standard shipping that usually took only 5-7 days is now taking anywhere from 7-14 days.

What happens if my package is lost or I’ve never received it?

Please contact our Customer Care Team and they’ll be able to assist you with this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, but please note there’s delays due to the pandemic.

Do you charge for returns or exchanges?

Normally, there is a $6.00 fee for us to generate a return label but we are waiving this due to the pandemic. All exchanges are free at anytime.

Do you price adjust?

Yes, we do accommodate price adjustments, as long as it’s within 14 days of the order date. The adjustment is given in form of a store credits. We DO NOT adjust prices on items purchased from other retailers.
