SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. 

Is there a cut-off time for rush shipping?
Yes, orders marked rushed will be shipped same day if received before 1 pm PST Monday through Friday. If an express order is received after 1 pm PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Where is my package?

After your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number provided. if you have not received this email, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and we will assist you.

What happens if my package is lost or I’ve never received it?

Current Air offers Navidium Shipping Protection on all online orders. At checkout, you can opt-in or remove Shipping Protection.
For orders with Navidium Shipping Protection applied, please contact us at customerservice@shopcurrentair.com to file a claim on your lost, stolen or damaged package. Prior to submitting a claim, allow 72 hours to pass from last checkpoint for any non-expedited shipments as there may be delays with carriers.
Current Air is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages on orders where the customer opted out of Shipping Protection for packages reported lost or stolen outside of the coverage timeline offered which is 30 days from the last checkpoint.
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please see our Shipping page for more details on International Shipping. 
  

 

ORDERS
How can I cancel or change my order?
Our fulfillment team works very quickly to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications after orders have been submitted. Cancellations will not be reimbursed any processing fees such as credit card transaction fees. For all other questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Care Team and they’ll be able to assist you with this.
 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE
What’s your return policy?

Starting September 2023, we have launched Happy Returns as our Returns Management System. Please note, you will have to initiate returns or exchange through our Happy Returns portal. 

Where can I get my return label?
Please click here to print your return label.

Do you charge for returns or exchanges?
Each generated label will incur a $5.95 deduction from the total refund. We provide free labels for exchanges within 30 days.

I don't have a printer at home. What can I do to return my items?
You can now drop off items at a Happy Returns return bar without a label or a box. In the returns portal, just be sure you select 'Drop off returns' and you can input your location to find a returns bar near you.

Are there restrictions to what I can drop off at the returns bar?
You cannot return final sale items or unapproved items not part of your returns. Fragile accessories will not be accepted at the returns bar as these are mail-in only.
If you are dropping off multiple items, please ensure only your approved items are returned at the returns bar and show the correlating QR code to the returnista. If you drop-off any unapproved items, you will risk not being refunded for those items. If you need to include any new items after you already started a return, you can simply start the returns process again and obtain a new QR code. 
  

 

REWARDS PROGRAM
Do you have a Rewards Program?
Yes! All customers who register for an account will automatically enroll in our Rewards Program.

Does it cost money to join?
It is 100% free. As a rewards member, you earn points as you shop. As you accrue more points, you will unlock higher discounts which can be redeemed to your future orders.

OTHERS
Do you price adjust?
Yes, we do accommodate price adjustments, as long as it’s within 14 days of the order date. The adjustment is given in form of a store credit only. We DO NOT adjust prices on items purchased from other retailers.

Do you accept returns or exchanges from other retailers?
No, we do not honor exchanges or accept returns without proof of purchase from our site.
