SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. 

Is there a cut-off time for rush shipping?

Yes, orders marked rushed will be shipped same day if received before 1 pm PST Monday through Friday. If an express order is received after 1 pm PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Where is my package?

After your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number provided. if you have not received this email, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and we will assist you.

What happens if my package is lost or I’ve never received it?

Please contact our Customer Care Team and they’ll be able to assist you with this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please see our Shipping page for more details on International Shipping. 

 

ORDERS

How can I cancel or change my order?

Our fulfillment team works very quickly to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications after orders have been submitted. if you receive an item you no longer want, you will need to initiate returns. For all other questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Care Team and they’ll be able to assist you with this.

 

All cancelations will not be reimbursed any credit card transaction fees.

Do you charge for returns or exchanges?

If returns are initiated within 15 days of receipt, the $6.00 label fee for us to generate a return label is waived. All exchanges are free at anytime.

Do you price adjust?

Yes, we do accommodate price adjustments, as long as it’s within 14 days of the order date. The adjustment is given in form of a store credit only. We DO NOT adjust prices on items purchased from other retailers.
