How to start a Return or Exchange:

Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the fulfillment date and with an RMA form obtained through Returns Portal.
All returns using our prepaid USPS return labels will incur a $5.95 fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. We provide free labels for exchanges within 30 days.
When we have received your return, we will verify the product and its packaging are returned in:
- Original condition with tags
- Showing no signs of wear or use
To ensure that product remains in unused condition, please use care when trying on garments and reuse protective packaging that arrived with your order. We recommend trying garments with no makeup on to avoid any transfer of products. Current Air reserves the right to deduct the refundable amount if item is not in original packaging, missing, altered or showing signs of wear.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be processed and you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your original payment method.
CYBER SALE RETURN POLICY
Shop 30% off during our Cyber Sale. Any purchases made using the 30% off promo code is eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. The e-gift card is not eligible for discount. Promotion ends Tuesday, 28th November @ 5 pm PST (USA).
Please note, the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to any orders made prior to the commencement of the promotional period, or after the promotion has ended. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the transaction has been processed online. Please check your order details carefully before placing your order
FINAL SALE: All third-party items, gift cards, special promotions, items marked NON-RETURNABLE on the product page, and items marked FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time and will be refused.
EXCHANGES: We provide free return labels for all exchanges within 30 days. The process for an exchange is fulfilled in our Returns Portal linked HERE.

Current Air accessories such as the pearl collars, beaded camis, multi-layered chains, and similar specialty items can be accepted for returns within 30 days from fulfillment date. Due to the fragile nature of the accessories, drop-offs to the Returns Bar will not be accepted. We accept returns for fragile accessories by mail-in only. You can obtain a prepaid return label in the Returns Portal - simply choose 'show other options' for the mail-in option.
The item you are returning should not be worn or damaged and returned in all its original packaging. We take great pride in our product design and care in packaging these items. If the original packaging was damaged or no longer in possession, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Any price adjustments for site purchases will be given in a form of store credits.
We only accept returns that were purchased via this website 'shopcurrentair.com'. We DO NOT accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
