What happens next?
When we have received your return, we will verify the product and its packaging are returned in:
- Original condition
- Showing no signs of wear or use
To ensure that product remains in unused condition, please use care when trying on garments and reuse protective packaging that arrived with your order. We recommend trying garments with no makeup on to avoid any transfer of products. Current Air reserves the right to deduct the refundable amount if item is not in original packaging, missing, altered or showing signs of wear.
Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt and with an RMA form obtained through Returns Portal.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be processed and you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your original payment method.
Final Sale Policy: All third-party items, gift cards, special promotions, items marked NON-RETURNABLE on the product page, and items marked FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time and will be refused.
EXCHANGES: We provide return labels for all exchanges within 30 days. The process for an exchange is fulfilled in our Returns Portal linked HERE. You can now immediately exchange items and have them shipped to you by using Instant Credit.

Please Note: All returns using our prepaid USPS return labels will incur a $5.95 fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Any price adjustments for site purchases will be given in a form of store credits.
