UPDATE TO CURRENT POLICY: Free Returns (limited time offering) during this COVID-19 crisis, US only (excludes Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii). Returns are extended to 45 days from the ship date.

Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the ship date

We only accept returns that were purchased via this website 'Shopcurrentair.com'. We DO NOT accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.

Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused. 

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be processed. Please note, refunds may take 2 to 10 business days to post back into your original payment method. 

All third-party items and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

 

EXCHANGES: We provide free return labels for all exchanges. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team.

RETURNS: If you choose to use our returns page, there's a flat fee of $6.00 to generate a return label, which is deducted from your total refund. Customer has the option to return on their own.
