Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the fulfillment date and with an RMA form obtained through Returns Portal.
All returns using our prepaid USPS return labels and QR code will incur a $5.95 fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. We provide free labels and QR code for exchanges within 30 days.

If the original packaging was damaged or no longer in possession, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit.
